Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services seeks an HS&E Advisor to lead Health, Safety, and Environment practices at assigned sites. You provide expert advice to operations and clients, guiding HS&E personnel and applying safety management systems across diverse work environments with minimal supervision.

Your responsibilities include hazard assessments, HS&E process guidance, incident investigations, data reporting, and supporting return-to-work programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as HS&E professional; telecom exp preferred
• Formal OH&S education is an asset
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence across project levels
• Ability to pass pre-access requirements including drug screen and driver’s abstract

Responsibilities

• Hazard assessments, inspections, and audits with focus on HS&E plan compliance
• Provide on-site HS&E process guidance to operations
• Mentor HS&E Coordinators and Advisors
• Collect data, report, and recommend safety improvements
• Lead complex incident investigations and root-cause analysis
• Support return-to-work and preventive safety measures
