Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking an HS&E Advisor to lead Health, Safety, and Environment practices at project sites across North America. You will provide expert guidance to operations teams and clients and mentor HS&E personnel.

With a solid understanding of safety management systems, legislation, and industry standards, you apply this knowledge across varied work environments with minimal supervision. The role is hybrid with travel up to 50–75%.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as HSE professional, telecom preferred
• Formal OH&S education is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication with stakeholders across project levels
• Able to pass pre-access requirements including clean driver’s abstract, drug screen, and breathalyzer

Responsibilities

• Hazard assessments, inspections, and audits with reporting and corrective actions
• HSE process guidance to operations management on safety programs and emergency response
• Mentorship and support for HSE Coordinators and Advisors
• Data collection and reporting of safety performance and corrective actions
• Lead complex incident investigations and root-cause analysis
• Support supervisors in occupational injury/illness management and return-to-work processes
