The position involves cross-campus payroll coordination, resolving discrepancies, and advising on CSU payroll guidance. It is a temporary 1-year assignment with a 40-hour work week and a hiring range tied to CSU classifications.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Two years of related experience preferred. Data entry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry, Audit, and Payroll verification to ensure accurate HR data.
• Cross-Campus payroll collaboration, processing leave and pay transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Employee Self-Service Help Desk support with timely, accurate responses and case documentation.
