Adult Correction in Raleigh, NC is seeking a temporary State HRIS/Payroll Analyst I (S) to manage benefits-related data entry and audits using the Integrated HR-Payroll System. The role supports enrollment processing during open enrollment periods and ensures accuracy of health plan enrollments.

The position reports to the BEST Shared Services Benefits Team Supervisor, with potential for hybrid telework depending on qualifications.

Formación

• Temporary position with no leave or retirement benefits.
• Temporary employees who work an annual average of 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for HDHP health insurance.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or any related field and one year of experience in HR/Payroll consultation, process improvement or requirement gathering in an IT/ payroll/ HRIS environment; Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• The HRIS Analyst I will use the Integrated HR-Payroll System to enter and solve benefit issues following the annual open enrollment period.
• These issues may be related to leave of absences, health and insurance plan enrollments, retirement and other benefits issues.
• The position will complete enrollment and eligibility audits and ensure that employees' health enrollments are correct in the State Health Plan enrollment system.
