Job summary

TVH is seeking a Functional Analyst HR to own HRIS operations for the Americas, partnering with HR and IT to roll out and improve HRIS systems. The role will translate HR process needs into practical technical solutions and serve as the main HRIS contact across the region.

The position supports global projects (Workday and UKG), participates in cross-functional teams, and ensures data security and privacy. Based in Olathe, KS with some travel to Belgium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or HR Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years HRIS experience; Workday/UKG experience strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• First-line support in the Americas and HRIS coordination with HR/IT partners.
• Support HR reporting requests and data governance for HRIS.
• Lead global HRIS projects and ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
• Elicit business requirements and translate them to functional specs for HRIS enhancements.
