Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking an HRIS Integrations Analyst to design, implement, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations between HRIS systems and enterprise applications. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and vendors to ensure reliable, secure data exchange across the enterprise.

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at a core location and 2 remote days. The core locations include Salisbury, NC and other strategic sites.

Qualifications

• Supports design, implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HRIS integrations.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and vendors to ensure data exchange.
• Experience with cloud HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, Oracle HCM, ADP, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for inbound and outbound integrations for SuccessFactors HRIS enhancements.
• Develop detailed requirements and solution design approaches to satisfy business needs.
• Lead root cause analysis on complex issues and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with internal support teams across HR, IT, and Brand partners for support and inquiries.
• Support configuration testing during maintenance cycles and release events.
• Demonstrate understanding of HR data processes and related systems.
• Utilize HRIS tools to generate reports and data extracts for analysis.
• Maintain documentation for projects and integration processes.
