Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking an HRIS Integrations Analyst to design, implement, monitor, and maintain integrations between HRIS platforms and enterprise applications. You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and vendors to ensure secure data exchange across systems.

The role requires strong HRIS knowledge, technical integration skills, and experience with cloud-based platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, Oracle HCM, ADP, or similar solutions.

Qualifications

• Reviews functional business requirements and develops solutions.
• Proactively designs data management processes to improve accuracy.
• Performs complex analytical tasks to identify root causes.
• Recommends corrective actions and implements solutions.
• Evaluates efficient data management processes for operations.
• Monitors HR data privacy needs and initiates new procedures.
• Leads HRIS projects with Design teams and Brand HR.
• Manages complex processes with conflicting priorities.
• Partners with IT and business to enable HRIS data capabilities.
• Develops documentation for integration and data management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a SME for inbound and outbound integrations while supporting SuccessFactors HRIS system enhancements.
• Assist with development of detailed requirements and solution design approaches that satisfy business needs for enterprise application initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis on complex issues and make recommendations for solutioning.
• Coordinate with internal support teams across HR, IT, and our global organization to provide operational support and resolve inquiries.
• Support configuration testing during maintenance cycles, enhancement rollouts, SAP release events, and other projects.
• Demonstrate understanding of HR data processes and related downstream systems.
• Utilize HRIS tools to generate reports and extracts for data analysis and research.
• Develop/Maintain project and integration-related process documentation.
