Job summary

TVH Americas seeks an experienced Functional Analyst HR to own HRIS operations for the Americas and partner with HR and IT to rollout and improve HRIS systems. You will translate HR process needs into practical solutions and serve as the primary HRIS contact regionally.

You will also support global HRIS projects (Workday/UKG), ensure data security, and document functional requirements. This role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders and occasional travel to Belgium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or HR management required.
• Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience; Workday and UKG preferred.
• Working knowledge of HR policies and procedures to align HRIS with goals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with structure.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• First-line HRIS support in the Americas (about 30%): act as escalation point for urgent issues and support HR processes.
• Assist HR and business reporting using foundational data analytics.
• Provide technical support and guidance to HR, IT, and external partners as liaison for HRIS design and implementation.
• Contribute to data governance, security, and integrity of backups and systems.
• Lead or support global HRIS projects (Workday/UKG) and ensure alignment with long‑term strategy.
• Document business and functional requirements to produce clear specifications.
• Translate HR processes into technical requirements for cross-functional teams.
• Support product owners/managers in developing new or modified features for HRIS.
• Ensure local HR processes are respected during system changes.
