Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience and/or consulting and 3+ years of HR experience.
• Professional HR certifications or coaching certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients, other HRBPs and HR partners to execute on HR solutions and reporting.
• Partner with clients to build relationships and manage stakeholders.
• Coach managers on leadership, org design and performance concerns.
• Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning for Servicing Strategy.
• Support core HR processes like performance management and change management.
