Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Manager, HRBP in Richmond, VA to partner with business leaders and shape people strategy across the organization. You will drive workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and risk management while aligning with Centers of Excellence.

You will coach leaders, implement data-driven HR programs, and advance diversity and inclusion, succession, and engagement initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of client-facing or consulting experience, or a mix.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
• Evidence of problem-solving and strategic HR partnership ability.

Responsibilities

• Strategic workforce planning, including succession planning
• Proactive recruitment and retention strategies
• Organizational design and development
• Employment risk management, including employee relations strategies
• Data and trend analysis to inform talent plans
• Foundational Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) practices
• Partner with HR stakeholders to develop solutions which attract, retain, and motivate world class talent
• Provide coaching to leaders on leadership, teamwork, organizational design, strategy
• Lead HR project work across Card Channels and related HR initiatives
