Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
At least 3 years of client facing experience OR at least 3 years of consulting experience OR a combination.
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients, HRBPs, and HR partner groups to execute on people strategy and HR processes.
Partner with clients to manage stakeholders and align HR solutions with business needs.
Coach managers on leadership, org design, and performance concerns.
Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning within Servicing Strategy to align HR with business needs.
Support core HR processes including performance management, leadership development, and change management.
Assist senior leaders in building an inclusive, diverse team and fostering a culture of belonging.
