Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager, HRBP to partner with Enterprise Services and deliver on people initiatives and talent strategy. The role emphasizes relationship-building, influencing, and strategic HR consulting to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and experience guiding HR processes in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on inclusion and organizational design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing or consulting experience, or a combination with HR experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients, other HRBPs, and HR partner groups to execute on people strategy and HR processes.
• Partner with clients to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and align HR solutions with business needs.
• Consult with associates, managers, and HR partners on HR-related issues.
• Coach people managers on leadership skills and the Include/Empower/Inspire framework and org design.
• Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups within Enterprise Products and Experiences.
• Support planning and delivery of core HR processes, including performance & talent management, leadership development, and change management.
• Help senior leaders foster an inclusive and diverse culture and act as a sounding board for associates.
