Qualifications

• At least 5 years of client facing or consulting experience and at least 5 years in Human Resources.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred; professional HR certification encouraged.
• Experience in workforce planning, change management, org design, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and HR partner groups to effectively execute on HR solutions and reporting.
• Partner with clients to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and translate business imperatives into HR actions.
• Coach people managers on leadership, org design, and performance-related concerns.
• Support core HR processes including performance management, talent development, and change initiatives.
