Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries via calls and Service Now tickets.
• Complete outbound calls to obtain information to resolve issues.
• Assist with payroll related inquiries and discrepancies.
• Support HR policy and procedure inquiries.
• Provide HRIS support including password resets and process review.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and liaison with providers; handle pension/401k related questions.
