Qualifications

• Proficiency with HR analytics tools and HR systems; strong problem solving.
• Master’s degree and SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders on talent, people management, and organizational priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, leadership coaching, and organizational design for assigned lines.
• Coordinate HR programs (engagement, performance, compensation) with COEs and business leaders.
• Drive data-driven HR solutions and change management across multiple geographies.
