Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, or 2 years of higher education/work experience in lieu.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Working knowledge of construction and property management terminology.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, creates, and distributes work orders to vendors and landlords in the Tririga system.
• Tracks timely completion of work orders to meet SLAs and manages obligations with teams.
• Reviews invoices, codes them in the Oracle System with appropriate GL descriptions.
• Provides professional customer service to M&T employees and tenants of properties.
• Assists with project-related data entry and maintains communication with stakeholders.
