Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an HR Service Center Representative in New York, NY. The role provides Tier 1 support for employee inquiries across multiple channels, helping drive First Touch Resolution and HR process knowledge within a remote-capable environment.

You will work with Workday HR modules, support transactional HR activities, and collaborate with partners across HR, Finance, IT, and other functions to ensure accurate, timely handling of inquiries and transactions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude required.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred Associate's Degree or Certified Vocational Training in HR or Communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for employee inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with a focus on First Touch Resolution.
• Develop knowledge of HR programs, policies, and procedures.
• Identify issues, initiate case management, resolve issues, and escalate to Tier 2 when needed.
• Support Workday ERP implementation and Workday HCM processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other functions to troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with system adoption, process improvements, and end-user support for ERP/HCM operations.
• Train new HR Resource Center Representatives.
