The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in tools like Paylocity and Microsoft Excel. This hybrid role offers travel stipends and requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance with various regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll administration experience in a multi-state environment.
• Experience administering employee benefits programs.
• Knowledge of ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily payroll functions for bi-weekly payroll.
• Administer employee benefits programs including health and retirement plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries.
