The role focuses on payroll accuracy, compliance, and vendor management, partnering with HR and Finance. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience. Hybrid work is available post-training. Salary range is $90,000 - $100,000, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k).
Qualifications
5-7 years of progressive payroll and benefits experience, including U.S. and Canadian payroll.
Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws, payroll tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and Canadian employees.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health and retirement plans.
Prepare and maintain payroll and benefits documentation, policies, and procedures.
Support internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits.
