Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Program Leader I - Employee Programs (Hybrid) to plan, coordinate, and enhance the health system's employee programs, including Day One orientation events downtown. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Travel to designated NM locations is expected. The position offers a competitive benefits package and a chance to contribute to a patient-first culture within NM.

Responsabilités

• Provides planning, support, and coordination of employee programs for the health system.
• Leads system initiatives to support the new hire experience including Day One orientation events held downtown approximately every two weeks.
• Maintains employee inquiries, requests, or reports and responds in a timely and considerate manner.
• Acts as a technical and informational resource for the department, running reports and applying analytical skills in support of improvement projects.
• Develops, measures, and reports departmental metrics to assess key programs and opportunities.
• Keeps detailed records and supports administrative tasks across department initiatives.
• Builds and maintains positive relationships with external vendors and coordinates with HRIS and vendor IT teams.
• Oversees budgeting activities, including development and monitoring of departmental and fund budgets; creates purchase orders and processes invoices.
