Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Program Leader I, HR to plan, support, and coordinate employee programs across the health system. You will lead Day One orientation events and help shape onboarding experiences for our team.

The role requires strong analytics, communication, and collaboration with HRIS and vendor partners to design and measure program impact. This position is based in Chicago, IL with standard hospital hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan, support and coordinate employee programs across the health system.
• Lead Day One orientation events and related onboarding initiatives.
• Develop, measure and report departmental metrics for programs.
• Maintain timely, accurate responses to employee inquiries and requests.
• Collaborate with HRIS and vendor teams as needed.
