Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Program Leader I, HR to oversee employee programs across the health system, aligning with NM’s mission and ethics. You will support planning, coordination, and Day One orientation events downtown approximately every two weeks.

The role requires strong communication, data skills, and vendor coordination to measure program impact and ensure timely reporting; travel to NM locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient MS Office skills.
• Willingness to travel to NM locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee programs and events across the health system.
• Develop and monitor departmental metrics and reports for programs.
• Support Day One orientation and new hire experience initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for department initiatives and reporting.
• Collaborate with HRIS and vendor teams on data and processes.
• Build relationships with internal customers and external vendors.
