Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years business experience.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience in Purchase Order requisitions and invoice processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage non-benefited internal programs, events and activities.
• Update guidelines, process and procedures documentation for employee programs.
• Respond to employee inquiries in Service Now and assist MyNM Service Center team.
• Design and maintain intranet pages and vendor e-commerce sites for workforce communications.
