Job summary

Northwestern Medicine seeks a Program Leader I, HR to coordinate the employee programs across the health system, ensuring alignment with our mission and values. The role supports planning, execution, and analytics for core programs and events.

Day One orientation events are a key focus, held downtown approximately every two weeks, with responsibilities spanning communications, budgeting, and vendor relations to enhance the employee experience across NM facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Demonstrated analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Provides planning, support, and coordination of employee programs for the health system.
• Leads initiatives to improve the new hire experience, including Day One orientation events downtown.
• Maintains inquiries, requests, or reports and responds in a timely manner.
• Develops data processes and reports to measure key programs and opportunities.
• Manages budgets, purchasing, and vendor coordination related to employee programs.
