Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative in Human Resources Outsourcing to close new business within a defined territory and participate in award-winning training. You will cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, and present ADP solutions to meet client needs.

You will manage multiple sales processes through various stages, collaborate with internal partners, and pursue advancement with continual training and a lucrative compensation package.

Qualifications

• Three years of B2B sales experience in a results-driven environment.
• Established network and experience carrying a quota in outside sales.
• Military experience valued for teamwork, resilience, negotiation and trust-building.

Responsibilities

• Close sales in a defined territory and reach sales goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by recommending the right solutions.
• Cross-sell within existing accounts and collaborate with ADP teams.
