NorthStar Anesthesia in Irving, TX is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage PTO and state leave programs, audit data, and improve HR workflows. The role partners with Payroll, Workday, Legal, and HR teams to implement policy and system changes while ensuring data integrity.

Hybrid role requires on-site Tue/Wed in the office; other days may be remote. The ideal candidate has HR operations experience, Workday knowledge, and a proven ability to drive process improvements in a multi-state

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in HR Operations, leave administration or payroll.
• Experience administering PTO or state paid leave programs preferred.
• Experience with HRIS; Workday preferred.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as HR Operations SME for PTO and state paid leave programs, responding to complex inquiries and resolving escalated issues.
• Administer state paid leave programs, monitor legislative changes, coordinate implementation requirements, and support compliance.
• Manage operational implementation of new state paid leave programs in partnership with Workday, HR Partners, Payroll, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for PTO, leave, and HR Workday developments; develop test scenarios and validate fixes.
• Monitor PTO and leave transactions for accuracy; perform audits and coordinate corrections with Payroll, Workday, and Operations teams.
• Generate and maintain PTO/leave reporting, including balances, usage, exceptions, trends, and compliance requirements.
• Develop, document, and review PTO/leave/HR Operations processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and the employee/provider experience.
• Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, training materials, and end-user communications.
• Partner with Payroll, Workday, HR Partners, Legal, Finance, and Operations to coordinate across systems and functions.
• Provide training and guidance to HR Coordinators regarding PTO/leave processes and cross-training backup coverage.
• Represent HR Operations on special projects and cross-functional workgroups.
• Provide back-up support for HR Operations activities as needed.
• Continuously evaluate HR Operations processes and recommend improvements.
