Job summary

North Shore Community Health is seeking an HR Generalist to administer employee benefits, support leave programs, and provide HR services across the employee lifecycle. The role collaborates with payroll, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data and compliant benefits administration in Paylocity.

It is a hybrid position located in Salem, MA, requiring three days in the office. The ideal candidate has HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of human resources experience with benefits administration.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Paylocity) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs and open enrollment.
• Administer leaves of absence including FMLA and state programs.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
• Provide HR policy guidance and employee relations support.
• Coordinate with payroll, brokers, and vendors.
