SOME (So Others Might Eat) is seeking a Human Resources Operations Coordinator to support onboarding, payroll, and HRIS administration in a hybrid Washington, DC setting. You will manage employee records, configure ADP access, and help ensure data integrity and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

The role emphasizes coordinating new hire orientation, preparing onboarding materials, and supporting payroll data entry, audits, and system migrations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of HR experience or 4 years of administrative support.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding by preparing materials and guiding the onboarding process.
• Lead onboarding sessions and respond to questions from new hires.
• Maintain onboarding content and HR communications, SharePoint, and ADP homepage.
