The position requires a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Org Development and at least three years in HR with experience in investigations, policy development, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible HR experience, including employee relations and investigations.
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred; experience conducting investigations and policy development is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations and engagement initiatives across multiple programs.
• Conduct workplace investigations, gather facts, interview involved parties, and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Assist with performance management processes, policy interpretation, and compliance with employment laws.
• Lead employee engagement surveys, stay/exit interviews, and analyze trends to improve retention and culture.
• Coordinate separations and manage related documentation in line with policies and laws.
