• Requires high school diploma; 2–3 years HR experience or 4 years admin support preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience preferred; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support new hire orientation by preparing materials, facilitating onboarding processes, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Serve as a facilitator/trainer for new hire orientation sessions, delivering presentations and responding to employee questions as needed.
• Partner with HR and leadership to ensure onboarding content remains current and aligned with company policies and systems.
• Payroll & HRIS Administration: entering payroll data, configuring time/attendance, updating tax forms, direct deposit details, and audits.
