Job summary

ICC-IMS is seeking a Senior Human Resources Coordinator who will own onboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits administration while supporting office operations. You will partner with the HR Director to manage HR processes end-to-end and serve as a friendly first point of contact for employees.

You will build expertise in HRIS and compliance, contribute to training and performance cycles, and help shape the employee experience in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in HR, payroll, or benefits coordination with end-to-end ownership.
• Working knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Experience with an HRIS or payroll system.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding processes, orientations, and new-hire setup.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data, ensure compliance.
• Manage HR and team SharePoint sites, keep content current.
• Be the go-to for employee questions on policies; escalate to HR director when needed.
• Coordinate training, performance reviews, and recognition programs.
• Partner with payroll to review timekeeping and reconcile payroll reports.
• Administer benefits programs and liaise with carriers; manage open enrollment.
• Keep office operations smooth, assist with events and front-desk needs.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership; contribute to HR projects.
