Job summary

Alliance College-Ready Public Schools seeks a Manager, HR Operations to refine HR workflows for Home Office and school staff. You will own onboarding, leaves, accommodations, and trainings while ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state laws.

Develop operational plans, manage HR transactions, and support audits across a portfolio of sites. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years of professional work experience in human resources, accommodations, employee or labor relations, or a related field.
• Exempt status. Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and employment provisions.

Responsibilities

• Refine onboarding and exiting processes to ensure high-quality HR customer service.
• Lead accommodation process for staff; evaluate medical documentation and ensure ADA/FEHA compliance.
• Coordinate leaves (FMLA/CFRA) and workers’ compensation; ensure timely injury reporting.
• Provide oversight on trainings, vacancies, credentials, and audits; manage HR processes across sites.
• Lead projects: Oversight Compliance, Summer School HR, BOY Hires; cross-functional coordination.
