Job summary

Alliance College-Ready Public Schools is seeking a Manager of Human Resources Operations to refine HR functions for Home Office and school sites. You will lead onboarding and exits, manage accommodations, leaves, and workers’ compensation, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.

The role emphasizes process improvement, audits, yearly trainings, and improving staff services across a multi-site portfolio in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of professional work experience in human resources, accommodations, employee or labor relations, or related field.
• Note: candidates with only a high school diploma may qualify with 5+ years HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine onboarding and exiting processes to ensure excellent HR customer service across sites.
• Lead accommodation processes under ADA/FEHA, coordinating with leaders to implement accommodations.
• Coordinate leaves (FMLA, CFRA, personal) and workers’ compensation claims and ensure timely reporting of injuries.
