Beacon Hill is seeking a detailed HR Operations Coordinator for a 3-6 month contract in Dallas, TX. This hybrid role supports HRIS administration, employee lifecycle transactions, vendor management, and invoice processing.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR/HR Operations, experience with HRIS, strong data entry skills, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook. Familiarity with SAP or UKG/Kronos is preferred. Flexible hours and on-site 1-2 days weekly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR Operations or related experience.
• Experience with an HRIS platform.
• Strong data entry and record management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and organizational changes
• Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS system
• Update compensation changes, employee demographic information, reporting structures, and compliance-related data
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems
• Support ongoing HRIS administration and employee record maintenance
• Monitor and manage a shared HR Operations inbox
• Respond to employee and HR-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with employee record corrections and administrative requests
• Troubleshoot basic HRIS issues and coordinate resolutions
• Partner with HR team members to support daily operational activities
• Process HR-related vendor invoices through SAP
• Enter and code invoices accurately by department and location
• Coordinate with external vendors, including background screening and drug testing providers
• Support HR audits, including I-9 audits and employee record reviews
• Assist with year-end HR initiatives and acquisition-related projects
• Participate in process improvement efforts and special projects as assigned
