Job summary

FNBO seeks an HR Onboarding Specialist to own the end-to-end onboarding journey from offer to Day 90 and beyond. You’ll coordinate pre-hire activities, maintain HRIS data, and partner with IT to deliver equipment and a smooth transition for new hires.

You’ll lead onboarding sessions, support cultural integration, and contribute to continuous process improvements within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in Human Resources or onboarding processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; active listening.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding from offer through Day 90 and beyond.
• Coordinate pre-hire activities: background checks, drug screenings, documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy in HRIS/Payroll (Workday) and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure equipment delivery and setup.
• Lead onboarding sessions and ongoing cultural orientation initiatives.
