Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Onboarding Lead Administrator to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and transfers. You will act as the lead administrator for the assigned customer group, coordinating with hiring managers, IT, HR, and external vendors.

The role includes processing offers, initiating pre-employment checks, coordinating onboarding activities, and finalizing records upon completion.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience within a similar role leading / directing work of others.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the onboarding team and customer group.
• Distribute work to Onboarding Administrators and monitor workloads, adjusting where needed.
• Lead weekly meetings with internal sector and business service for performance levels.
• Monitor onboarding timelines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Train and onboard new staff; document competency and process progress.
• Escalate issues to management when necessary and drive process improvements.
