Placements24 in Welkom, Free State, is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead our client’s HR function with a hybrid model, balancing in-office leadership and remote capabilities. You will shape HR strategy, oversee talent management, compensation, and employee relations, and drive organizational development.

You will manage HR operations, partner with senior leadership, and ensure compliance with South African labor laws while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR or a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years’ progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and employment practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
