Placements24 is seeking a Senior Management Consultant specializing in Change Management in Welkom, Free State, with a hybrid work arrangement combining remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.

You will guide organizations through transitions, develop change strategies, engage stakeholders at all levels, and mitigate resistance to ensure long-term success and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in change management consulting or similar internal role.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale change initiatives.
• Expertise in ADKAR or Lewin's Model and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills; ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement change management strategies tailored to client needs.
• Conduct readiness assessments and identify adoption barriers.
• Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans.
• Facilitate workshops and training to build change capacity.
• Develop KPIs to measure change initiative effectiveness.
• Coach client leaders and project teams on best practices.
• Analyze organizational culture to inform interventions.
• Manage resistance through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
• Contribute to development of the client's change management practice.
