Placements24 is seeking a Principal Recruitment Partner to lead strategic client engagements in Welkom, Free State. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for senior roles, shape bespoke talent strategies, and become a trusted advisor to key clients.

The role requires deep market knowledge, strong relationship management, and the ability to operate autonomously while driving business impact. A hybrid work model and bonus opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior recruitment and recruitment consultancy.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume or senior-level projects.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and sourcing methods.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary adviser for a portfolio of key clients.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex and senior roles.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies based on client needs and market data.
• Conduct market analysis and provide insights on talent availability and compensation.
