Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a fully remote team, supporting a dispersed global workforce from anywhere. Based in Paarl, Western Cape, ZA in spirit, the role requires remote leadership and strong digital communication skills.

You will develop and implement HR strategies, manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation, and training, while ensuring compliance with international labor laws across jurisdictions and fostering a cohesive employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field; master's preferred.
• 8+ years progressive HR experience; 3+ in a leadership role.
• Experience in remote/global HR and international labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global HR strategies aligning with company goals.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle with virtual tools and platforms.
• Drive employee engagement and retention across a distributed workforce.
