Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in accredited college or university with HR-related coursework.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal information.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR team with compliance, onboarding, training and benefits projects.
• Support full-cycle recruiting and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain employee files and HRIS data.
• Prepare training materials and help with new hire orientation.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.
