Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Human Resources Intern in Farmington Hills, MI to support Recruitment, Onboarding and Employer Brand Marketing. You will collaborate with the North American Talent Acquisition team on strategic projects, hands-on recruiting activities, and content development to improve candidate experience and position Bosch as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Junior or senior standing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Availability to work 24–32 hours per week, with flexibility around your class schedule.
• Ability to work onsite in Farmington Hills, MI three days per week.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding and employer brand marketing activities.
• Collaborate with North American Talent Acquisition on strategic projects and recruiting activities.
• Develop content and contribute ideas for recruiting channels and events.
• Assist with onboarding, TA technology, compliance and candidate experience improvements.
• Represent Bosch at university events to strengthen employer brand with future talent.
• Support recruitment marketing channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed) and social content development.
