Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of Human Resources experience within Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with an HRIS, ATS, and other recruiting resources.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or related field, OR PHR/SPHR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet hiring needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection support.
• Create and update job descriptions meeting SQF requirements.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and maintain the FY recruiting report weekly.
• Stay informed on industry trends to guide recruitment strategies.
• Build candidate pipelines and maintain a network of qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Promote Jel Sert's employer brand and collaborate with communications.
