Hospital Housekeeping Systems, LLC (USA) is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and partner with employees and managers across the organization. This role handles recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, performance management, compliance, and HR administration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years HR Generalist experience and knowledge of HR policies, benefits, recruiting, performance management, compliance and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred) and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, guiding on policies, benefits, and employment questions.
• Collaborate with managers on employee relations, performance management, coaching, corrective action, and policy interpretation.
• Process HR transactions in the HRIS (new hires, changes, compensation, terminations).
• Coordinate I-9 verification, employment verifications and other HR documentation.
• Assist with leaves including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other protected leaves.
• Monitor compliance with laws and company policies; generate HR reports and analyze workforce data.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
