NEKCV is hiring an HR Generalist to support the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy implementation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Working knowledge of federal and Vermont employment practices.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and HR administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers.
• Maintain confidential personnel records and HR files.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate performance management and employee development.
• Support compliance with wage, hour, leave, safety, and employment laws.
• Promote an inclusive workplace culture and provide guidance on HR policy.
