Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Generalist for our GSC COE with a hybrid work arrangement across locations including Charlotte, NC. You will support HR operations, onboarding, offboarding and employee development while ensuring compliance and data accuracy.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of HR experience and a strong working knowledge of supply chain processes. This role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement and inclusion within a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year supporting supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics functions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including planning, manufacturing or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations in key supply chain COEs including Global Planning, EHS, OPEX, Product Supply Chain, and Supply Chain Development.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and talent development initiatives.
• Assist in data collection, analysis and reporting of workforce metrics and compliance documentation.
