Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. invites applications for a Human Resource Generalist, GSC COE, in a hybrid capacity based in Towson, MD.

The role supports day-to-day HR operations across Global Planning COE, EHS, OPEX, Product Supply Chain, and Development, reporting to the HR Manager, COE. You will help with onboarding, lifecycle activities, and workforce metrics reporting, ensuring policy alignment across the COEs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year supporting supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics functions.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HR operational support to COEs, ensuring timely and accurate HR processes.
• Coordinate and implement onboarding, offboarding, and talent development initiatives.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting of workforce metrics and compliance documentation.
