Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Towson, MD is searching for a Human Resource Generalist for the GSC COE in a hybrid role. You will support day-to-day HR operations across the Global Planning COE, EHS, OPEX, and Product Supply Chain, handling onboarding, offboarding, data reporting and employee lifecycle activities.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years’ HR experience, with exposure to supply chain functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year supporting supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Understanding of supply chain operations and how HR supports it.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and work independently.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR operational support to COEs, ensuring timely execution of HR processes.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and talent development initiatives.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting of workforce metrics and compliance.
• Coordinate communications, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain HR records and support compliance audits.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Identify process improvements and support change management within COEs.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent policy application.
