Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist for the GSC COE in a hybrid role. You will support day-to-day HR operations across Global Planning, EHS, OPEX, and Product Supply Chain COEs, handling onboarding, offboarding, and talent development while ensuring compliance and data accuracy.

You will partner with COE leaders, analyze workforce metrics, and drive continuous improvement. A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years of HR experience are required; this role offers

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including planning, manufacturing or distribution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and work independently.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations in key supply chain areas and ensure HR compliance.
• Provide lifecycle support, onboarding, offboarding, and talent development initiatives.
• Assist data collection, analysis, reporting of workforce metrics and compliance docs.
• Maintain HR records, coordinate communications, training, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with COE leaders to align HR policies and best practices.
