You will drive employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness across the full lifecycle. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a willingness to be onsite Tue–Thu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5-7 years of HR experience in a managerial/partner role.
• Hybrid work ability with onsite Towson, MD Tue-Thu.
• Experience supporting Engineering/technical or corporate client groups.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic and hands-on HR partner for 5 leaders and ~300 employees.
• Align people strategies with business priorities for Engineering.
• Support the full employee lifecycle and performance processes.
• Guide leaders on coaching, development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead onboarding, promotions, and organizational changes.
